Diane Baldwin brings decades of experience to the role of Administrator of the New Jersey Eastern Star Home. Prior to her role as Administrator, Diane served as the Assistant Administrator and Director of Social Work. Diane began her career as the Social Services and Activities Coordinator. Diane was one of the key partners in establishing New Jersey Eastern Star Home’s unique commemorative gardens, an outdoor space of unparalleled beauty for the enjoyment of residents, their families and guests. Diane holds a B.S. in Education, is a Certified Social Worker and a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
Debbie Gibson, R.N.
Director of Nursing
Debbie Gibson is a graduate of Seton Hall, with a BSN in Nursing. She has experience in acute care, including cardiac critical care and she also was an administrator in an Infectious Disease Unit. She did grant writing for Ryan White Title I, II, and III; Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation; and United Way. She has spent the majority of her career in long term care as a Director of Nursing, managing up to 240 beds, including vent and sub-acute units.
Dr. Richard Corson, M.D.
Dr. Richard Corson has been a board certified family physician for over 25 years. A graduate of Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, he completed his residency in family medicine at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset. He is a past president of both the Medical and Dental Staff at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital at Somerset and the New Jersey Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Corson has been named on the Castle Connolly list of top doctors in the New York metro area every year since 2006.
Debra Nolty, R.N.
Debra Nolty received her Associate of Science at the Muhlenberg School of Nursing. She has been with New Jersey Eastern Star Home for the past 10 years. Debra worked as a Medical Assistant for 14 years in a private doctor’s practice prior to working in long term care. She worked at IHS as a Charge Nurse and was promoted to Assistant Director of Nursing before leaving after seven years to join New Jersey Eastern Star Home as Unit Manager.
Donna L. Canfield, M.S.W, C.S.W.
Director of Social Work
Donna L. Canfield has been with New Jersey Eastern Star Home for over 22 years. Donna received her Masters of Social Work from Rutgers Graduate School of Social Work, with a specialization in gerontology. She is a New Jersey Certified Social Worker, with an advanced certificate in gerontology from Rutgers—GSSW Continuing Education Department.
Jeanne Vollmann, A.C.S.W.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Jeanne Vollmann has worked with New Jersey Eastern Star Home for over 12 years. Prior to working for New Jersey Eastern Star Home and having been employed at Morristown Memorial Hospital for more than 10 years, Jeanne served as the Director of Social Work at Rolling Hills Care Center and Bridgeway Care Center. Jeanne is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and is a member of the Academy of Certified Social Workers. She received her M.S.W. from Rutgers University.
Anne Marie Le Maire
Anne Marie Le Maire has been with New Jersey Eastern Star Home for 35 years, bringing her background in art to work with New Jersey Eastern Star Home’s residents. She is a Certified Activity Assistant, Activity Director, and Dementia practitioner.
Director of Accounting
Doreen Webb has been with New Jersey Eastern Star Home for 25 years, and holds a degree in accounting. Prior to working at New Jersey Eastern Star Home, she worked at Price Waterhouse and National Starch and Chemical.
General Manager, Dining Services
Marlene Vasquez has been working with New Jersey Eastern Star Home for 17 years. Previously, she was the owner and operator of Culinary Classics Management. Marlene received her Associates in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales and her Bachelors in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of New Haven. She is a Certified Dietary Manager with Sodexo at New Jersey Eastern Star Home.
Tom Vogler attended the Culinary Institute of America and has been with New Jersey Eastern Star Home for six years. Prior to working with New Jersey Eastern Star Home, Tom was the head chef at Garlic Rose Bistro in Madison, NJ and was also the chef/owner of 503 Park Restaurant in Scotch Plains. Tom is the Executive Chef with Sodexo at New Jersey Eastern Star Home.
Director of Maintenance
Brian Glicklin has been working for New Jersey Eastern Star Home for over 14 years. Prior to New Jersey Eastern Star Home, Brian worked with Loreal USA for 18 years and Glenwood Palisades Inc. in the Pharmaceutical Department. Brian graduated from Somerset County Vocational School, where he earned his electrical license, black seal boiler license, and forklift license.
